One of those Mornings.

You could say that the British weather is sufficiently confused. Yesterday we had a sunny spell with temperatures around 15 C, but this morning, it looks like this:

Winter Wonderland!

It won't affect me that much personally, especially as it's saturday, but the same happened last week (or was it the week before?) and poor England was once again thrown into chaos and anarchy.

Last thursday my other headphone finally broke down (they've been running at half capacity for a month or two), so I had to get new ones. As I went downtown I noticed a big ruckus at the Cathedral gate. Turns out that it was the crowning of the new Archbishop of Canterbury, so naturally the cream of Britain was visiting our humble city. That means spectators and protesters, which was what the ruckus was all about.

Anyway, the main point here is that I found the best deal on headphones in my entire life:

11 pence.

I couldn't believe it, and the cashier was surprised too. It was a discontinued model they wanted to get rid of in order to start selling something new, I guess. They are this cool sci-fi model with arches around the ear. I usually buy those that work like earplugs and shut out all sound, but for £9.89 worth of savings I'm willing to try anything.
